Salary £70- £80k + Bonus & Long Term Incentive Plan

Forward Role are working exclusively with this award-winning digital performance agency to hire a Growth Director to lead and scale the strategic direction of the agency. This is a unique opportunity to shape strategy, drive growth, and play a pivotal role in the leadership team for a digital agency who are experiencing exceptional success.


Being a key part of the senior leadership team and working with a number of high- profile Ecomm & Retail brands, you'll take full ownership for performance and growth of an agency who are at the top of their game when it comes to driving client performance.


The role:

  • Lead the strategic vision across all service areas - Paid Media & SEO
  • Provide commercial leadership across the agency
  • Oversee strategic quality and performance on key accounts
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration and innovation
  • Contribute to client growth and retention
  • Promote innovation and adoption of new technologies to drive growth
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, driving innovation and thought leadership across the team and the whole agency
  • Contribute to new business development, pitching and upselling services


Requirements:

  • Experienced in leading and developing high-performing, cross-functional performance teams
  • Strong independent leadership, taking full ownership of strategic areas
  • Confident contributor to new business through strategic input and account growth
  • Highly analytical with strong commercial acumen
  • Excellent communicator, skilled at simplifying complex strategies for varied audiences
  • Effective with senior stakeholders and in managing difficult conversations
  • Proficient in building and reviewing strategic forecasts and performance models
