Digital Customer Advisor - Travel

Salary: up to £25,000 per annum

Contract: 12 month fixed term, full time

Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Saturday on a rota basis

Location: Hybrid - Folkestone or Crawley, 3 days a week in office

Responsibilities

• Support customers with pre departure queries across Saga Holidays and Titan via email and webchat.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service, handling each query efficiently, professionally, and with care.
• Join the E Demand team and contribute to a fast paced, varied environment.

Qualifications & Attributes

• Proactive and solution oriented.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and passion for delivering great customer service.
• Experience in customer service is desirable but not mandatory.

Requirements

• Must be able to work from either the Folkestone or Crawley office at least three days per week.
• Availability for a rota schedule, 35 hours per week, Monday to Saturday.
