Digital Content Creation Specialist - London/Hybrid - Permanent

Fantastic opportunity to join a leading global law firm as a Digital Content Creation Specialist on a permanent basis.

In this role, you'll design and deliver engaging digital learning solutions that drive user adoption and enhance the learning experience across the firm. You'll collaborate with subject matter experts, product and adoption managers, and end users.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end development of digital learning content to support the adoption of tools, processes, and methodologies
Create a variety of digital learning assets, including SharePoint content, videos, SCORM-compliant eLearning modules, and other multimedia in line with brand standards
Manage multiple digital learning projects, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with project goals
Collaborate with stakeholders to define learning needs, objectives, and desired outcomes
Use a range of tools and technologies to create engaging, learner-focused content tailored to diverse audiences
Maintain and regularly improve existing content to ensure relevance, accuracy, and quality
Support the execution of the adoption communications and engagement plan
Contribute to the design and delivery of role-specific learning pathways
Stay current with trends in digital learning, instructional design, and engagement techniques

Key Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in digital learning content creation
Strong communication and presentation skills
Creative flair with a good eye for design and storytelling
A solid understanding of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles
High attention to detail and a commitment to quality and consistency
Proficiency in rapid authoring tools (eg, Storyline, Captivate) and video/image editing tools
Competence with Microsoft Office tools
A passion for learning innovation and continuous improvement

Desirable

Familiarity with HTML/CSS and basic web design
Experience managing content via an LMS
Experience in the legal industry, with knowledge of legal processes, tools, and terminology
