Digital Business Analyst

Overview

Lorien's leading banking client is looking for an experienced Business to join the existing team on an initial 6-month contract.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of digital releases end to end and other changes to digital channels from inception through to post-live validation and monitoring; making sure that the brand, customer experience and impacts on engagement are considered at every stage
• Plan, run and deliver activities in a timely manner to support implementation of new releases across digital platforms
• Contribute to the evaluation and redesign of business processes to improve efficiency and user experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
• Analyse data to support decision-making and identify trends
