Digital & Social Media Coordinator

Pineapple Careers is delighted to be supporting a fantastic business based in Ashington, West Sussex, in their search for a Digital & Social Media Coordinator on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing international organisation where you'll play a key role in creating engaging digital content, managing social media channels, building influencer relationships and driving brand awareness and online sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating, filming, editing and publishing engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube and other social platforms
• Producing high-quality photography, videography, Reels and promotional content
• Designing social media graphics, banners and digital assets using Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Managing social media scheduling, publishing and day-to-day platform activity
• Monitoring social media performance, engagement and audience growth
• Managing TikTok Shop, Instagram and Facebook Shops, including product listings and tagging
• Coordinating influencer collaborations, gifting campaigns and affiliate partnerships
• Sourcing and repurposing user-generated content to increase brand engagement
• Managing community engagement, including comments, messages and customer enquiries
• Supporting Shopify content, new product launches and digital marketing campaigns

Key Skills:

• 3+ years' experience in social media, digital marketing or content creation
• Proven experience managing social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
• Strong photography, videography and short-form video editing skills
• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut and Adobe Creative Cloud
• Experience using social media management tools such as Sprout Social, Later dotcom and Meta Business Suite
• Experience managing influencer collaborations and affiliate partnerships
• Knowledge of TikTok Shop, Meta Commerce Manager and Shopify
• Strong understanding of social media trends, analytics and audience engagement
• Excellent written communication skills and a creative eye for engaging content
• Experience within the fashion or luxury goods industry would be desirable

Salary & Benefits:

• £32,000
• Full-time, 6-month fixed-term contract
• Monday to Thursday 08.30 - 17.00, Friday 09.00 - 15.00
