What you'll do

• Define and maintain product roadmaps for digital and analytics offerings, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities and measurable outcomes
• Lead the full product life cycle, from discovery and market analysis through to development, launch and ongoing enhancement
• Translate complex business needs into clear product features, including reporting, management information and analytical requirements
• Use qualitative and quantitative insights to inform decisions, improve user experience and optimise performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations through clear communication, product artefacts and feedback loops
• Support delivery by resolving issues, contributing to planning activities and identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working

What you bring

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in product management or a related role within a corporate environment
• Proven stakeholder management and project delivery experience across cross-functional teams
• Strong background in digital and/or analytics-driven products, ideally within financial services or transferable industries
• Proficiency in SQL and Power BI, with understanding of data modelling and analytical concepts
• Ability to translate complex requirements into clear product features and outcomes
• Degree or equivalent professional experience combined with relevant technical and business skills
