About the Role

We are looking for a Digital Advertising Executive to join our Group Digital Marketing team and support the delivery and optimisation of paid digital advertising activity across the Creditsafe group.

This is a junior to mid-level role, ideal for someone with hands-on experience in paid advertising who is looking to develop their skills further within a global organisation. You will work closely with our external PPC agency and internal digital teams, supporting campaign setup, optimisation, reporting, and performance analysis.

While paid search is the primary focus, experience or interest in SEO is a strong advantage, as the role will collaborate closely with organic search, content, and web teams to support a joined-up search strategy.

This role reports into the Head of Digital Marketing and sits within the Group Marketing function.

Key Responsibilities

Paid Advertising Support

  • Support the execution and day-to-day management of paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Microsoft/Bing Ads
  • Work alongside our external agency to assist with campaign builds, keyword research, ad copy, and optimisation tasks
  • Help ensure campaigns are aligned with business objectives, budgets, and regional priorities

Performance & Reporting

  • Monitor campaign performance and support ongoing optimisation activity
  • Assist with analysing key metrics such as cost per lead, conversion rates, and overall campaign performance
  • Contribute to regular reporting and performance updates for internal stakeholders
  • Support testing of ad copy, keywords, audiences, and landing pages.
  • Work closely with internal digital, marketing, and web teams to support wider digital initiatives
  • Learn best practices for paid media governance, tracking, and measurement
  • Support the coordination of agency activity, ensuring briefs, feedback, and actions are clearly communicated

Desirable SEO & Wider Digital Support

  • Support collaboration between paid and organic search activity
  • Assist with keyword research and search trend analysis across PPC and SEO
  • Share insights from paid campaigns to help inform content and on-site optimisation
Skills & Experience Essential
  • Some hands-on experience with paid advertising platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Microsoft/Bing Ads), either in-house or agency-side
  • A strong interest in digital marketing and performance-driven advertising
  • Comfortable working with data and performance metrics
  • Good communication skills and willingness to learn from both internal teams and external partners
Desirable
  • Exposure to SEO or a strong interest in developing SEO skills
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics
  • Experience supporting B2B or lead-generation campaigns
  • Understanding of A/B testing, landing page optimisation, or conversion rate optimisation
