DevSci Strategy & Performance Director

GSK's Development Sciences (DevSci) team seeks a Business Strategy Performance & Operations Director to lead strategy and performance across the function. You will partner with cross-functional leadership to translate strategy into measurable plans, govern performance and drive operational improvements and project delivery.

In this hybrid UK/US role, you will design dashboards, manage governance forums, align resources, coach teams, and report to senior leaders with insight-driven updates.
