ROLE SUMMARY

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer with strong SailPoint expertise to deliver and support identity solutions within a DevOps environment. The role involves hands-on implementation, continuous integration, and enhancement of authentication and access management systems across multiple business units.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver and maintain Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions using SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC).

• Implement and manage authentication standards, including multi-factor authentication (MFA).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, test, and deploy secure IAM solutions.

• Continuously improve DevOps pipelines and automation for identity systems.

• Ensure compliance with internal security standards and best practices.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex IAM-related issues in production and non-production environments.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE/SKILLS

• 3-5 years of experience delivering identity solutions in a DevOps environment.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Comprehensive knowledge of authentication technologies and MFA.

• Deep understanding of IAM best practices and SailPoint ISC implementation.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/NICE-TO-HAVES

• Certifications:

  • Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate

  • SailPoint Certified Identity Security Cloud Professional

• Hands-on experience with:

  • Active Directory, Application Proxy, Microsoft Entra ID

  • Windows/Linux/Unix, Scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Perl)

  • LDAP, SQL, Web Services

  • One or more programming languages: C++, Java, Python, JavaScript, C#

• Understanding of Agile delivery frameworks.

• Customer-focused mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
