POS Experience Essential

We are hiring an experienced DevOps Lead for a 12-month onsite contract in Ireland supporting critical POS, TMS and TCS platforms within a regulated payments environment.

POS/payments experience is absolutely essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute DevOps delivery across POS ecosystems
• Build and optimise CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, ArgoCD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
• Embed security tooling (SAST - Fortify, SCA, DAST) into pipelines
• Ensure PCI/P2PE compliance across environments
• Implement IaC (Terraform) and manage Kubernetes, Docker, Helm
• Manage AWS environments (dev/test/prod)
• Lead release strategies (blue/green, canary) and observability (Dynatrace)
• Drive automated testing and incident response

Requirements:

• Strong DevOps background within POS or payment terminal environments
• Experience in PCI-regulated ecosystems
• Terraform, Kubernetes, CI/CD expertise
• Experience supporting terminal or Embedded software releases
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent

Serious DevOps role in a highly regulated POS environment - not a generic cloud position.
