Who are we looking for?

A Platform/DevOps Engineer (Kubernetes & Databases) with strong experience in managing stateful workloads and building reliable, scalable data services in cloud-native environments. If you enjoy working with automation, databases, and Kubernetes ecosystems in collaborative teams, this role is for you.

Work model: Shift-based role (10h shifts, 5 days/week) + on-call rotation (approx. 1 week/month)

What you'll be doing

• Deploy, manage, and optimize PostgreSQL databases on Kubernetes platforms
• Design and implement persistent storage, backup & restore, replication, and HA/DR strategies
• Automate provisioning, scaling, and upgrades using CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.)
• Monitor and troubleshoot database and cluster performance
• Ensure strong security practices (RBAC, encryption, secrets management, network policies)
• Collaborate with DevOps, Platform Engineering, and Development teams to build database-as-a-service solutions

What you'll bring

• Degree in IT, Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and database technologies (PostgreSQL preferred)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Experience with automation, CI/CD, and Infrastructure as Code
• Solid communication skills with B2 level English (mandatory)
• Ability to collaborate across teams and influence technical decisions
• Proactive mindset, team spirit, and willingness to share knowledge
