DescriptionWe are seeking a talented DevOps Engineer to join our growing team. You will be responsible for designing, building, and implementing robust CI/CD pipelines across our diverse business portfolios. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the seamless delivery of projects within the Alcumus suite of products, optimizing build, release, and deployment pipelines for maximum efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate: Work within a cross-functional DevOps team to design and implement solutions for various business portfolios.
- Automate: Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate deployments, aligning with our DevOps strategy.
- Build Quality Solutions: Deliver scalable, secure, and robust solutions that support business success.
- Work Agile: Partner with product squads to ensure alignment between design and implementation, adopting an agile approach.
- Support: Participate in team stand-ups, retrospectives, and planning sessions to meet team goals.
- Plan and Collaborate: Engage in team planning, estimate tasks, prioritize, and identify milestones and risks.
- Innovate: Stay updated with the latest tools and technologies to continuously improve.
- Support Teams: Provide support during tech support hours and be available for 24/7 on-call support on a rotating schedule.
- Security: Incorporate security principles into daily workflows.
- Proven experience in DevOps or Software Development roles.
- Expertise in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines, preferably with GitHub Actions.
- Experience with SaaS deployment models and "Release on Demand" capabilities.
- Strong knowledge of DevOps tools and technologies.
- Scripting/automation skills in languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helmfile, and Helm charts.
- Ability to integrate QA automation and security tools into pipelines.
- Experience with GitHub or similar source control tools.
- Experience with cloud providers like Azure, AWS, GCP.
- Knowledge of container orchestration with Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with authentication tools like Keycloak.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as React, Node.js, C#, or .NET.
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Understanding of networking concepts like TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP.
- Experience with Kafka or similar event streaming platforms.
