  • Design, optimize, and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, safe, and reliable delivery of software.
  • Automate repetitive operational tasks through Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform) and other automation tools.
  • Engage in architecture discussions, capacity planning, and infrastructure optimization to continuously improve reliability and performance.
  • Collaborate with software engineers to integrate best practices for observability, performance, and deployment into the development lifecycle.

What you'll need to be successful:

  • Longtime experience in hands-on positions and enjoy, besides coding, to support others and help them grow.
  • Experience working with IaaS (GCP, AWS) and PaaS (Heroku), as well as infrastructure tools like Terraform, Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Proficient in infrastructure monitoring, alerting, and performance tuning.
  • Solid understanding of network topologies, security, and infrastructure best practices.
  • Great interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively, share knowledge and enable others.
