Deviation & CAPA Engineer

As a consultant, you will be required to support our clients in managing their projects on-site by bringing your expertise and skills. You are agile and eager to adapt to different work environments that will feed your curiosity to see what lies behind the closed doors of the biggest projects in our portfolio. & CAPA Engineer Main Missions: The & CAPA Engineer will support client projects in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries to enhance the management of CAPAs and accelerate their closure in direct relation to production activities. Control the management of CAPAs and non-conformities in relation to production activities. Structure, prioritize, and accelerate the closure of CAPAs while respecting regulatory deadlines. Analyze root causes and coordinate the implementation of corrective and preventive actions. Ensure follow-up of CAPAs with Production, QA, QC, and Engineering teams. Provide on-site support for the deployment of corrective actions on production lines. Prepare and support inspections and audits related to CAPA and non-conformity subjects. Requirements: Master's, engineering degree, or equivalent 5 years minimum experience in the pharmaceutical or medical device industry. Proven experience in CAPA and non-conformity management. French and English, Swiss nationality or EU nationality, or Swiss work permit.
