A leading UK law firm is expanding its Development & Living sector team and is seeking an ambitious legal professional at Senior Associate, Managing Associate, or Legal Director level. This role offers significant exposure to high-profile residential and commercial development projects within a nationally recognised Real Estate practice.

The successful candidate will join a strong team working on substantial matters involving national developers, investors, land promoters and estates. This position offers autonomy, high-quality work and the chance to influence ongoing growth across the firm.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload across residential and commercial development and investment
• Advise on strategic land, options, promotion agreements, collaboration agreements, SFH, BTR and affordable housing
• Work closely with planning, construction, corporate and finance teams
• Build strong client relationships and deliver commercially focused advice
• Support wider recruitment and contribute to a collaborative, knowledge-sharing culture

Your Profile

• Strong experience handling development-focused matters
• Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills
• Interest in business development and legal technology
