Development Manager & Surveyor - Hybrid, National Travel

Sewell Group is seeking an experienced Development Manager / Surveyor to oversee new development projects in health, education, and mixed-use sectors across England. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in project delivery, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a strong awareness of property projects.

The role includes conducting feasibility studies, securing planning permission, and managing property acquisitions, while also involving extensive engagement with multiple stakeholders. We value candidates who have the right attitude and strong team ethics.
