A leading specialist real estate investment and development platform is seeking a highly motivated and commercially minded Investment Manager to join its growing team focused on data centre opportunities.

What You'll Do

As an Investment Manager, you'll lead end-to-end development of powered land assets-from origination to sale or lease. Working closely with internal teams and capital partners, you'll manage workstreams across acquisition, planning, power procurement, permitting, and commercial exit.

• Originate and assess new land opportunities
• Lead on acquisitions, negotiations, and deal structuring
• Manage project teams and external consultants (legal, planning, technical)
• Create business plans and development programmes for each site
• Oversee permitting, utility connections, and site readiness
• Support marketing and commercial negotiations with end customers
• Attend industry events to grow network and market presence

About You

We're looking for someone with a passion for real estate and infrastructure who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

• 3-7 years' experience in real estate investment, development, or land acquisition
• Exposure to digital infrastructure or energy projects (data centres, BESS, etc.) preferred
• Strong financial modelling, deal execution, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving ability
• Able to travel as needed; additional languages a plus
