As Development / Project Director

You will have the opportunity to make the commercial/industrial division your own, responsible for:

• Leading and managing major development projects from inception to completion
• Identifying and implementing value enhancements
• Defining and driving business strategy
• Securing new business opportunities
• Expanding Brookbanks' market presence
• Collaborating across disciplines
• Leading a team
• Client management
• Industry engagement

• Extensive experience in surveying or property development, delivering major development projects
• A proven leader
• A track record of developing client relationships and winning work
