German-Speaking Sales Professionals

Our client is a global leader in telecommunications infrastructure, supporting major mobile network operators with the planning, acquisition, and management of mobile network sites across Europe and beyond.

We are currently looking for enthusiastic, driven, and energetic German-speaking Sales Professionals to join their growing team in Dublin.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to identify and engage potential property owners across the German speaking market.
• Build relationships and negotiate agreements over the phone.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through to contract completion.
• Identify suitable locations for future telecommunications infrastructure.
• Maintain accurate customer records and activity within the CRM system.
• Work closely with internal project management teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.

What We're Looking For

• Fluent German and good English skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• A positive, resilient, and target-driven attitude.
• Previous experience in sales, business development, customer service, retail, hospitality, or recruitment is an advantage, but not essential.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and building relationships over the phone.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
