Role Title: Desktop Engineer

Detailed Job Description:

1. More than 8 years of experience in Desktop support
2. Expert in O365, Teams, Outlook, O365 applications, OneDrive
3. O365 cloud environments support
4. Perform installation, configuration and deployment of operating systems and standard software for laptops and desktop computers
5. Audio/Video conference support (Crestron, VoIP, Skype for Business, Microsoft Teams, meeting room equipment fitouts)
6. Mobile device management
7. VPN Support, Printer support, WiFi, network
8. Experience in Patch deployment (SCCM)
9. Desk side support role for VVIP clients
10. European client facing experience will be preferred
