Desktop Engineer - Windows, SCCM, Ms 365, Endpoint - this is a long term (2+ years) contract for our Basel based client in the Financial Services sector.

Your tasks:

• Implementing, maintaining, and enhancing the platform for managing the endpoint environment.
• Defining, configuring, and managing the client desktop experience to optimise the user environment.
• Providing third-level support for Windows clients, including performance monitoring and resolution of client performance issues.
• Delivering third-level support for the organisation's core applications, ensuring performance monitoring and timely resolution of issues.
• Managing and maintaining the organisation's mobile device platform.

Your experience/knowledge:

• Experience as a Senior Systems Engineer (3rd level/3rd line) - Desktop/Endpoint
• Deep understanding of the Windows operating system and related technology stack, including Intune, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure
• Strong SCCM skills
• Expertise in policies and management options for Windows and iOS devices using Microsoft Intune.
• In-depth knowledge of Windows Autopilot, Desktop Analytics, Conditional Access, Mobile Application Management, and Intune Application Lifecycle.
• Strong background in Desktop Support with a proven track record of delivering large-scale, Microsoft-focused solutions.
• Language skills: Fluent in English (oral and written).
