Job Title: Designate Store Manager Location: Llandudno, covering Bangor and the wider North Wales area Basic Salary: £33,500 OTE: £42,000+ per annum Shift and schedule: Full-time, working 5 days over
7. Hours will vary in line with the trading hours of the store being supported.

Regular travel between Llandudno and Bangor will be required, with occasional travel further afield.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established telecoms retailer in a regional leadership role, predominantly supporting stores in Llandudno and Bangor.

Your base store will be Llandudno, where you will receive training and support from an experienced Store Manager before working across the wider area.

The role is designed to prepare you to step into permanent ownership of a store when the right opportunity becomes available.

Supporting stores predominantly across Llandudno and Bangor, with occasional travel further afield.

Leading from the front and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Driving sales performance across mobile, broadband, handsets and accessories.

Coaching, motivating and developing colleagues to improve confidence and performance.

Building a positive, accountable culture within the teams you support.

Monitoring KPIs and putting clear action plans in place to improve results.

Supporting stores through periods of growth, change and performance improvement.

Maintaining high operational standards across compliance, stock management and visual presentation.

Building strong relationships with existing teams and adapting your leadership style to different store environments.

Developing the knowledge and experience required to take full responsibility for your own store.

Successful Applicant:

An experienced retail Store Manager or a high-performing Assistant Manager ready to progress.

Previous telecoms experience is preferred, although candidates from strong sales-led retail backgrounds will also be considered.

Proven people management skills, with experience coaching and developing teams.

A strong commercial track record of achieving sales targets and improving performance.

Comfortable leading from the shop floor and setting the standard for others.

Flexible and able to travel between Llandudno, Bangor and other locations when required.

Confident working across different teams and quickly building credibility.

A clear and effective communicator with a positive, solutions-focused approach.

Comfortable making decisions that benefit the customer, the team and the wider business.

Passionate about technology, customer service and delivering results.
