Design Manager - Luxury Hotel Developments, London

Up to £100,000 package or equivalent day rate

Our Client

Is a new entity in the luxury development sector in London, acting as developer-contractor they are building a series of new hotels, from new builds to repurposing listed structures with retained façades, with spa facilities and destination restaurants in London.

Responsibilities

• Lead full RIBA stages from early concept to completion
• Implement modern construction methods, value engineering and buildability. Ensuring the design is the most efficient possible, maximising space and revenue
• Manage the design process on live large-scale hospitality and mixed-use developments
• Maintain rigorous compliance with UK Building Regulations, planning policy, and construction law
• Utilise BIM & Common Data Environments (e.g. Viewpoint, Aconex) for seamless multidisciplinary design integration
• Familiar with AutoCAD and Revit

Key Criteria

A degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or Construction Management.

A track record managing design on large-scale residential, commercial or hotel projects in the luxury development sector in the UK.
