Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the design process for hospital and healthcare construction projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Oversee compliance with healthcare construction regulations and standards.
• Manage design development, approvals, and coordination with architects and engineers.
• Support value engineering and risk management initiatives.

Requirements:

• Experience in hospital or healthcare construction is essential.
• Background in main contracting, PMC, or Design Management consultancy.
• Knowledge of UK construction regulations; international project experience is a plus.
• Ability to lead design teams and liaise effectively with multiple stakeholders.
