Our client, a German technology company in the international scale-up phase, is seeking Backend developers with a product mindset and enthusiasm for solving real challenges, automating complex processes with clean, scalable, and intelligent solutions.

Main Responsibilities

• Design and develop full-stack features (Node, TypeScript)
• Create solutions that automate complex fulfillment processes
• Work in agile squads (5-7 people) with designers, PMs, and other developers
• Review code, test, and continuously deploy (CI/CD, maximum quality)
• Think like an architect: performance, reliability, and user experience
• Mentor more junior profiles and propose ongoing technical improvements

Core Skills/Experience

• Strong experience with JavaScript, TypeScript and Node.js
• Knowledge of APIs (REST, GraphQL) and web development best practices
• Comfortable working with Git in collaborative environments and team workflows (pull requests, branches, code reviews)
• Product-driven mindset: you care about the end user and real-world impact
• Desire to contribute, learn and build as a team
