Deputy Store Manager - Luxury Beauty & Wellness

Rituals Cosmetics is seeking a Deputy Manager in Manchester Trafford (40 hours) to lead the store in the Store Manager's absence, coach a Sales Advisor team, and partner on rosters and sales plans. You will be the product expert, driving customer engagement and embodying our luxury Feel Good Experience.

Responsibilities include overseeing operations, inventory, cash handling, and back office tasks, plus developing your team and turning targets into engaging goals.
