Deputy Nursery Manager - £33,000-£36,000

Our client is looking for a passionate and experienced Deputy Nursery Manager to support the day-to-day leadership of a welcoming, child-centred early years setting. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Nursery Practitioner, Room Leader, or Deputy Nursery Manager ready to step into a leadership role within a nurturing and forward-thinking environment.

Working closely with the Nursery Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality childcare, ensuring compliance with EYFS and Ofsted standards, and supporting a team dedicated to helping children thrive.

Before You Apply
  • Level 3 Early Years qualification (minimum) is required.

What You'll Need
  • Experience in a senior nursery role (Room Leader, Senior Practitioner, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of EYFS and Ofsted requirements

  • Support the Nursery Manager with the day-to-day running of the nursery
