Overview

Deputy Manager (Clinical) - NAI0091 Location: Middlesex EN1 4TR

Middlesex EN1 4TR. Salary up to £52,998. Permanent, full-time (40 hours per week). Monday to Friday with occasional night visits or weekend work may be required.

We provide person-centred care across a range of services including residential, nursing care, respite and short stay, Parkinson's, day care, recovery post op and palliative care. Responsibilities
  • Oversee and assist all aspects of nursing care/activities within the home.
  • With the help of your team, create and update individual care plans for residents, maintaining clear, accurate and up-to-date medication records.
  • Ensure adequate staffing is always maintained within the home.
  • Provide day-to-day support and guidance to the team, promoting residents' independence, choice, and dignity.
  • Build lasting relationships with residents and their families, and foster a sense of community within the home.
  • Create and develop strong relationships with local partners, liaising with these partners to raise the care home's profile in the local area and beyond.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Valid UK NMC pin and commitment to the NMC Codes of Conduct & professional development.
  • Understanding of the impact of quality nursing care on residents' lives, promoting independence, choice, and dignity.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of tissue viability, infection control, and care planning.
  • Ability to build relationships, lead, mentor, and manage a team effectively.
  • Excellent at prioritising tasks and working efficiently as a compassionate team player.
