Deputy Manager

You will also receive an additional premium of £4.00 per hour whilst running the store. As a Deputy Store Manager at Aldi, you'll take pride in driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, minimising costs, and improving operational efficiency. You'll support the Store Manager by training colleagues, checking displays, and achieving sales targets.
