What we offer:

We're now looking for a Clinical Deputy Manager to help us lead this extraordinary home. Working alongside our Home Manager an experienced and inspiring leader who's been commissioning homes since 2020 you'll be a key part of a team that thrives on coaching, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What you'll be doing:As Deputy Manager, your role will be as varied as it is rewarding. You'll be the steady hand on the clinical side, ensuring every resident receives tailored, person-centred care of the highest quality. You'll mentor and support our team of nurses and carers, helping them grow in confidence and skill, while fostering a warm and positive culture built on trust and shared goals.

You'll spend time getting to know our residents not just their care needs, but their stories, preferences, and aspirations. You'll be a reassuring presence for families, a collaborative partner to the Home Manager, and a calm, capable leader whenever you're called upon to step in.

What You'll Bring:

  • Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with current NMC registration
