Deputy General Manager - Cambridgeshire - £50k

Are you a passionate and supportive Deputy General Manager within the Contract Catering who has a passion for providing a 5 service to all your clients, whilst also looking after the bottom line? If so, then I want to hear from you.

I am currently recruiting an experienced Deputy General Manager for a contract in the heart of Cambridgeshire. This role requires a candidate with strong knowledge of both Retail and Hospitality services and someone who leads by example

The ideal General Manager will have the following knowledge/ experience;

Experience in a management role, within the Contract Catering sector

Strong knowledge of both retail and hospitality operations

High volume experience, catering for 1000 people daily

Standards driven, placing a strong focus on the quality of food and service

Working predominantly Monday to Friday, but you will be required to work occasional weekends to suit the demands of the business.
