Deputy Fitness Centre Manager - Sales & Member Experience

Leisure People in London near Euston is seeking a Deputy Fitness Centre Manager to lead member experience and drive sales across memberships, including annual, 6-month and 3-month options for a busy university gym with 2 studios and squash courts.

You will lead front-of-house teams, develop staff, manage CRM data, plan campaigns and improve the member journey both digitally and in person, with a mix of shifts and occasional hybrid work.
