Deputy COLP & Regulatory Risk Leader (Hybrid)

Mills & Reeve is seeking a Deputy COLP to join our General Counsel function in one of our UK offices (Cambridge, Birmingham or Manchester). You will lead regulatory compliance, oversee risk and commercial matters, and provide authoritative guidance to partners and senior stakeholders in a fast-paced professional services environment.

The role requires deep SRA knowledge, strategic thinking and hands-on delivery, with a bias for practical solutions and continual improvement across the compliance
