Deputy Care Home Manager(Registered Nurse)Salary: £45,000 to £50,000 after a successful probationary period.Location: Woolton, LiverpoolContract: Permanent / Full timeA&F Healthcare have an amazing opportunity for a Qualified Deputy Home Manager to join an established family-run, Nursing & Residential Care provider, with a full range of care services for residents across 22 care homes in England and Wales.About you:We're looking for Deputy Home Manager who has experience in a minimum of a 40 bedded home, specializing in the care of Dementia and General Nursing. Experience in leading and managing teams within a Person-centred Care environment.The ideal candidate will have a strong operational background.Key Accountabilities:

• Experienced in caring for older people.
• A capable and confident leader with the drive and interest to grow and shape a team.
• Experienced in managing a successful home or services in healthcare.
• Confident in your knowledge of CQC regulations
