Four Seasons Recruitment are supporting an internationally acclaimed Couture Designer, who are seeking an experienced Deputy Atelier Manager to join their busy team.

This infamous designer creates exquisite gowns for VIP clients, celebrities, couture runways and international royals.

About the Role

• Managing rotas for the freelance Seamstresses and Pattern Cutters
• Providing technical support to the Seamstresses where needed
• Cost reporting and budgeting
• Managing the scheduling
• Leading the team when the Head of Atelier is travelling
• Maintaining the day to day running of the atelier

About you

• Experience working in a busy Atelier for a luxury brand is essential
• Highly organised with excellent communication skills
• Strong technical and construction knowledge of intricate dresses and gowns
• Ability to manage and coordinate teams in a fast paced environment
• Experienced working with costings, budgets and reporting
