DEPARTMENT MANAGER 1

Location: Primark Perth
Salary: £37,817 (with 31 days annual leave & pension) - Pro Rata
Contract: Part Time, FTC 12 months, 3 days out of 7 (24 hours)

• Collaborate with the rest of the management team to support the daily running of the store.
• Responsible for at least one department within the store, including stock ordering and merchandising.
• Lead a team of managers to maximise sales by establishing goals and objectives.
• Provide a superior level of customer service.

• In the absence of senior management, you will oversee the store for the shift.

• Experienced manager with proven leadership skills.
• Ability to view situations from a commercial perspective resulting in more innovative thinking.
• Capable of working and making decisions, in a fast paced environment.
• Proactive nature with a determination to succeed.
