We are seeking a passionate Demi Chef de Partie. As Demi Chef de Partie you will support the kitchen team with setting up a good mice en place and working in a busy section. You will be preparing, cooking and presenting dishes from the menu according company policy. You are also responsible for hygiene, safety and correct use of equipment and utensils.
