Paramount Personnel is recruiting for a Hotel near Padstow, Cornwall. The successful Demi Chef de Partie will join a high-flying and focused team of chefs and will be looking to develop and perfect your culinary skills.

The successful Demi Chef de Partie will have the opportunity to work within a focused and professional team where the menu is prepared with passion, infused by an excellent selection of fresh ingredients, catered to serve maintain our reputation of quality dishes. The Demi Chef de Partie responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the food preparation process.
• Cook and prepare elements of high-quality dishes.
• Prepare vegetables, meats and fish.
• Assistance with other chefs.
• Help with deliveries and restocking.

The restaurant serves high-quality dishes, in a busy, fast-paced environment. They are now seeking a talented and enthusiastic personable professional for an immediate start. You must have a proven background in a professional kitchen, ideally from an accoladed establishment, and will be looking to step in to support the current team, and be looking to progress your career.
