Job Description

We're working with a high-growth, private equity-backed global technology business looking to hire a Demand Generation Director to build and scale their global demand engine.

Operating across international markets and partnering with enterprise clients, the business has invested heavily in sales, product, and leadership, and is now focused on elevating marketing to drive pipeline and revenue growth

The Role
  • Hybrid working (2 days in office)
  • London-based role with global scope

This is a high-impact, senior leadership role reporting into the CMO, with a global remit across the US, EMEA, and APAC.

You'll take ownership of the full demand generation strategy, building a modern, scalable engine to drive high-quality pipeline across enterprise accounts.

This is not a "manage what's already there" role, you'll be responsible for creating and shaping the demand function, with the autonomy and backing to make meaningful change.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and scale a global demand generation function from the ground up
  • Own full-funnel strategy (MQL SQL pipeline revenue)
  • Deliver integrated, multi-channel campaigns (digital, content, events, paid, etc.)
  • Introduce and develop Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies
  • Partner closely with global sales leadership to drive pipeline and conversion
  • Develop and manage SDR/outbound capability (via outsourced model)
  • Lead and grow a small, high-performing team

What we are looking for?

  • Proven experience in B2B demand generation within a SaaS / tech / telecoms environment
  • Track record of building or scaling demand generation functions
  • Strong commercial mindset with experience owning pipeline targets
  • Hands-on approach - comfortable operating at both strategic and executional levels
  • Experience working closely with sales in a revenue-driven environment
  • Exposure to global markets and multi-region campaign
