The Role

This role is fully delivery-focused, meaning no business development is required. You will focus on providing high-quality candidates to our existing client base, managing the full candidate journey from initial sourcing to post-placement care. You'll be supported by experienced recruiters and industry experts, allowing you to deepen your expertise in the specialist FinTech market.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering high-quality candidates to existing clients
• Managing the full candidate journey, from sourcing and screening to interview prep
• Proactively headhunting and building strong talent networks
• Supporting key hiring projects across technology and financial markets
• Maintaining a high standard of communication and service to candidates
• Focusing entirely on delivery with no business development requirements
  
  

Requirements

• At least 6 months agency recruitment experience (any market)
• Strong sourcing, screening & relationship-building skills
• A motivated, detail-oriented individual who enjoys candidate-side work
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude
• A desire to grow within a specialist, supportive environment
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance setting
