• Develop regional leadership and support teams and individuals to grow and succeed.

• Contribute to the overall delivery capability, with hands-on delivery in a consultancy environment that values face-to-face engagement, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and attributes

• Proven leadership, communication, collaboration, organisation, and influencing skills.
• Experience across development, testing, quality assurance, business analysis, and project management in IT/consulting settings.
• Ability to work effectively in a small, client-focused software company and to adapt to remote or hybrid working.
• Experience mentoring and coaching, and a willingness to engage in personal and team development.
• Comfort with a breadth-based approach that sees breadth as a strength and enables connections across disciplines to deliver client value.
