Responsibilities


  • Lead efforts to address critical live network issues involving PV, data center, energy storage, temperature control, and mechanical engineering products. Swiftly resolve problems and implement measures to prevent recurrence.
  • Participate in specialized maintenance activities, including deployments and preventive maintenance inspections, ensuring the seamless operation of products in the live network.
  • Develop and enhance maintenance platforms and capabilities across the domains of PV, data center, energy storage, temperature control, and mechanical engineering, fostering continuous improvement of team expertise in energy storage.
  • Design and extract product/solution requirements for DFX (Design for Excellence) and maintainability in relevant fields, and oversee the implementation of acceptance standards.
  • Spearhead the design and implementation of digital O&M solutions (e.g., IT tools) for energy-related products and solutions, driving improvements in product maintainability.


Qualifications


  • University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of one year's experience in developing, testing, or maintaining energy storage products, including solutions, is preferred.
  • Previous experience working with energy-related products is an advantage.



Required Skills


  • Familiarity with EU environmental protection regulations, particularly reporting processes for carbon emissions and extended producer responsibilities.
  • Basic knowledge across new energy-related disciplines such as Electrical Engineering, Electrochemical Engineering, Material Engineering, Temperature Control Technology, Automation, Telecommunication Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, PV systems, data centers, energy storage, and temperature control.
  • A solid understanding of BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems) is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • A proven ability to learn and adapt quickly.

Pay range and compensation package


  • You receive a fulltime year contract at the start
