Now Hiring: Delivery Managers - Water Utilities Projects (Southern Water Contract)

We're recruiting 2 x Delivery Managers to support ongoing and future works across the Southern Water Clean Rivers and Seas programme. You will work closely with PMs and site teams to ensure smooth delivery of works.

This is a varied and hands-on role interfacing between project management and on-site teams.

Your day-to-day will include:

1. Supporting scoping and planning of works
2. Coordinating site enabling and compliance documentation
3. Overseeing subcontractors and work progress
4. Managing site logistics and ensuring H&S compliance
5. Ensuring work readiness through planning & noticing

Ideal candidates will have:

1. Experience delivering or supporting water utility projects (Southern Water experience preferred)
2. Strong coordination and communication skills
3. Ability to liaise effectively between office and field-based teams
4. Willingness to work from the Battle / Hastings office (site visits required)
