Job Description
Responsibilities
  • Play a critical role in the successful implementation and operationalisation of a new product
  • Ensure delivery governance, operational processes, and cross functional execution are aligned
  • Support Head of Delivery in bridging delivery, operations, technology, and business teams
  • Coordinate product squads and enablers to ensure timely and effective delivery
  • Track progress against key milestones, identifying and managing risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Ensure alignment with Davy's internal delivery methodologies and governance standards
  • Define and embed processes, workflows, and controls required for delivery
  • Co facilitate delivery governance structures including working groups and steering committees
  • Prepare high quality reporting for senior stakeholders including status updates, risk logs, and performance metrics
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal risk requirements throughout delivery
  • Support Head of Delivery as a central point of coordination across stakeholders including Product, Technology, Operations, Risk, and senior leadership
  • Identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency and effectiveness and implement best practices
Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience in delivery, operations, or programme management roles within financial services
  • Experience delivering or operationalising new products, ideally within wealth management, capital markets, or banking
  • Proven track record of working in complex, cross functional delivery environments
  • Experience working with regulatory and compliance considerations in financial services
  • Strong understanding of delivery frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid models)
  • Strong risk and issue management capabilities
  • Proficiency in reporting tools i.e. JIRA & Confluence and managing delivery documentation
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Strong organisational and planning ability with attention to detail
  • Effective communicator, both written and verbal
  • Problem solving mindset with a proactive approach
