Role Overview:

As a Delivery Manager at Sprint Reply, you will guide cross-functional teams from project inception to delivery, ensuring seamless execution, timeliness, and adherence to scope and quality standards. This hybrid role blends the responsibilities of Project Manager, Scrum Master, and Technical Delivery Lead, requiring close collaboration with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners. Your leadership will drive project success and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating internal resources and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution, proactive management of timelines, and alignment of collaborative efforts with Sprint Reply's vision and objectives.
• Orchestrating tasks and resources to deliver projects within scope and budget, while building and maintaining strong relationships with partners and vendors.
• Diligently monitoring project performance, producing comprehensive reporting, escalating issues to upper management when needed, and maintaining thorough documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Guiding teams through Agile and Scrum methodologies, facilitating key events, and ensuring a clear, prioritized product backlog in collaboration with the product owner to deliver tangible stakeholder value.
• Championing a culture of continuous improvement by collaborating with internal stakeholders, optimizing delivery processes, and fostering cross-functional teamwork for integrated solution delivery.
• Acting as a mentor to the team, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development, while ensuring unwavering commitment to quality and the integration of best practices across all project phases.

About the Candidate:

• Proven leadership experience, with a track record of leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, including experience handling complex technical challenges.
• Strong understanding of the technology landscape and a demonstrated ability to learn new concepts quickly.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Prior delivery experience in innovation technology, GenAI, or similar domains.
