About the Role

• Lead a high performing team to deliver outstanding stock processing and stockroom organisation, achieving commercial and performance targets.
• Adopt a hands on approach for operational activities, supporting sales floors and store management when needed.
• Create an atmosphere of motivation and inspiration, encouraging the team to reach their best.
• Continuously improve stockroom processes, identify and solve problems to maintain the highest standards.
• Ensure our beautifully presented stock is available to customers as soon as possible.

• Excellent communicator, approachable under pressure, and realistic in expectations of others.
• Strong problem solving skills, confident in challenging processes and generating innovative ideas.
• Confident when dealing with people issues and capable of multi tasking, planning, organizing and prioritizing workload.
• Experience in achieving productivity related performance targets is desirable but not essential.
