Our cilent within the Public Sector requires a proven SC Cleared Deliver Manager with a strong background in complete implementation of Oracle Fusion within an organisation.Extensive expertise in finance functional processes, with a strong understanding of defense-specific financial operations and compliance standards. experience leading large-scale, technology-enabled transformation projects in defense, government, or similarly regulated sectors

A degree level qualification
Strong finance function knowledge cutting across transactional and strategic finance business areas
Over ten years' experience in complex technology enabled transformation projects/programmes (essential)
Experience of managing complex stakeholder landscape (essential)
Experience of working effectively in a complex third-party supplier landscape (essential)
Minimum of two Oracle Fusion Cloud Financial Management end-to-end implementation programme experience in large organisations (essential)
Strong communicator and proficiency in business documentation (essential)
Proficient in using PowerPoint, Excel, Word (essential)
Ability to work independently (essential)
