Delivery Lead, Local Government Transformation (Hybrid)

Hampshire County Council is seeking a Head of Delivery to lead a major area-wide local government reorganisation programme from Elizabeth II Court, Winchester. The role is hybrid, 37 hours per week, and temporary until 31 March 2028, with a salary of £82,339-£92,410 per annum.

You will oversee delivery across multiple councils, ensuring Day 1 readiness and effective governance while driving proactive risk management and successful transition planning for residents and communities.
