This company is a Workflow & AI Orchestration Specialist. They're on a mission to modernise how public sector organisations manage casework, derive insight from data and deliver citizen services. They're growing fast and looking for bright, dynamic people to help build their business.

The Role

They are looking for an experienced Delivery Lead to drive the successful end-to-end delivery of AI and technology projects. This role is critical in ensuring agile delivery excellence, effective scope control, strong client relationships, and sound commercial management.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end agile delivery projects, ensuring predictable, high-quality outcomes

Own project scope, proactively managing change control, risks, dependencies, and priorities

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building trusted, long-term relationships

Facilitate agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) and drive continuous improvement

Manage project commercials including budgeting, forecasting, margin control, and revenue tracking

Ensure alignment between client expectations, delivery teams, and business objectives

Provide clear reporting on delivery progress, financial performance, and risks

Key Requirements

Proven experience leading complex agile delivery projects (Scrum / SAFe / hybrid models)

Strong track record of managing project scope and structured change control processes

Experience managing client stakeholders at senior levels

Demonstrated commercial ownership, including budgeting, forecasting, and margin management

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Experience in data, AI, or technology consulting environments preferred

High client satisfaction and repeat business

Strong commercial performance and predictable delivery outcomes
