Delivery Lead Essentials:- Life Sciences background
- Experience in project or delivery management
- Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects
- Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
- Expertise with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Mural, Smartsheet)
- Workshop orchestration and facilitation skills
- Strong stakeholder management abilities
- Risk management proficiency
- Contract management experience
- Understanding of IT infrastructure and software development processes
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments
- Collaborative mindset with attention to detail
As the Delivery Lead in Connected Labs and Process & Product Technology functions, you will oversee the successful implementation of projects related to the digital transformation of laboratories within our Process and Product Technology divisions, spanning multiple teams, functions, and external partners.
Accountabilities:- Serve as the central orchestrator, aligning diverse initiatives with organizational goals
- Facilitate collaboration between internal and external teams
- Manage high-level project timelines and coordinate with sub-initiative leaders
- Handle administrative aspects, including contract management
- Implement and suggest project management practices and standards
- Identify dependencies, risks, and opportunities, and develop mitigation strategies
